Step Dubai 2025, held on February 19-20 at Dubai Internet City, marked its 13th edition as the premier tech festival in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The event attracted over 8,000 attendees, including more than 400 startups and 200 speakers from 50 countries, fostering a vibrant atmosphere for innovation and collaboration. It served as a key platform for networking, investment opportunities, and discussions on emerging technologies across various industries.

Augment participated in Step Dubai for the second consecutive year, building on its presence from Step 2024. The event began with strong engagement from Luxembourgish representatives, including David Foy, Head of Sector Development – Digital Economy at Luxinnovation, and Robert Lauer, the Luxembourg Ambassador to the UAE. Luxembourgish startup booths were also visited by Faisal Hammoud, Director of business development at Dubai Internet City (DIC). Their presence underscored the growing collaboration between Luxembourg’s tech ecosystem and the Middle Eastern market. Augment had the opportunity to showcase its expertise in digital transformation and facility management, engaging with key stakeholders in the region.

Throughout the conference, Augment held productive meetings with various interested parties, reinforcing Dubai’s potential as a strategic market. The city's focus on smart infrastructure and technology-driven solutions aligns with Augment’s mission to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability in real estate and facility management. As Dubai continues to position itself as a global innovation hub, Augment’s continued engagement at Step Dubai signals its commitment to expanding partnerships and driving digital transformation in the region.
