Before you can start
No. Wiretwin Lite is the whole platform — every module, the AI included — on lists, tables and charts, with live sensor data. There is no model, so no view of the building itself: assets live in lists and your team locates them. Wiretwin Pro anchors that same platform in a living 3D model, which adds 3D context for every asset, heatmaps and a view of how spaces, equipment and systems relate. If you want Pro and have no model, our field team collects what exists and scans what does not. Start on Lite and move up whenever you are ready — everything your team has built carries over.
Yes. We bring in what you already hold — from your current system, from spreadsheets, from paper — and Facility Data Collection gathers every drawing and record in one place. How much transfers cleanly depends on the shape it is in, so what comes across, and what needs work first, is defined with you during scoping.
The product
Yes. Three modules are core and run in every plan: equipment, spaces and inventory. The other five — maintenance, hardware monitoring, reporting, automations and tenant management — switch on when your building needs them. Whatever you run, it all writes to the same place.
Yes, usually with some hardware integration — controllers and the like — scoped per building. Every reading ties to the equipment it measures and the room it sits in, and you can watch them live without sitting in front of the BMS. In Wiretwin Pro the same readings show as a heatmap on the 3D model.
It answers from your own equipment, spaces, sensors and jobs. Questions it handles: “Why is the plant room running hot?”, “What is most at risk right now?”, “Tell me everything about AHU-3.” It also drafts work orders, and it is included in every plan, Lite and Pro alike.
The app has three seats: managers watch the building, technicians work their jobs, and the people who notice problems report them from the spot — that is the declarer seat. For a technician the change is the evidence: starting a job requires before-photos, and completing it requires after-photos.
Working with us
Continuous Support covers videos, answers, bug fixes, feature updates and upkeep of the model. Training is hands-on for facility managers, technicians and asset managers, and it is taught through roleplay. We never sell a license and disappear.
Those categories divide the work differently: CAFM manages the building and its space, CMMS manages equipment and the work that keeps it running. Wiretwin covers both — spaces and equipment in one record, with the maintenance work on top.
