Augment at the Rotary UPGRADE 2025 Ceremony

Écrit par Augment

On September 25, Augment had the honor of being one of three finalists at the Rotary UPGRADE 2025 competition, an initiative by several Rotary Clubs in Luxembourg and Belgium to celebrate and support entrepreneurship across the region.

The event took place at the Espace Bologne in Habay, where entrepreneurs, Rotarians, and guests gathered for an evening of networking, presentations, and celebration of innovation. Each finalist was invited to present their project in front of a jury and audience.

Representing Augment, our founder Rida Klink took the stage for a 15-minute presentation followed by questions from the audience, during which we highlighted how our digital twin technology empowers teams to make smarter, faster, and more sustainable decisions.

Rida also gave a short interview about the solution, the team, and the values that drive Augment, including technological innovation that serves people and sustainability, responsibility toward ecological transition and collaboration with clients, partners, and institutions to drive lasting impact which you can watch (in French) here.

Augment – Digital Facilities Services Sàrl is based in Luxembourg City and currently employs five team members. We are active in the field of intelligent building management, offering digitalization and AI-driven optimization services to make building operations more energy-efficient, particularly older public buildings. Our nominated project focuses on developing an artificial intelligence module capable of analyzing and optimizing energy consumption in real time, a concrete step toward reducing operational costs and carbon footprints alike.

The final results will be announced on November 6 during a Gala evening at the Palais Provincial in Arlon. In the meantime, all finalists have been given access to the Rotary network, opening opportunities for follow-up meetings, collaboration, and increased visibility across the cross-border business community.

We want to sincerely thank the Rotary Clubs of Attert, Sûre et Semois, Bastogne, Neufchâteau, Arlon, and Luxembourg Vallées for organizing this competition, and the jury members for their time and thoughtful questions.

If you were at the event, thank you for your encouragement and interest. And if you’d like to learn more about our work or see Augment in action, we’d love to connect.
