Background

GigaConcept is a French company specializing in professional wireless components and IoT solutions, offering antennas, gateways, sensors, and custom RF/IoT systems to a wide range of industries. Their facilities required a digital solution for utilities monitoring, IoT management, air quality control, and reporting, that would enable data-driven maintenance and operational efficiency. GigaConcept partnered with Augment to address these operational challenges.

Objectives

• -> Create a digital twin of the GigaConcept headquarters.

• -> Connect existing IoT sensors and monitoring devices.

• -> Centralize data on utilities and environmental conditions.

Implementation

A complete BIM and IoT integration was delivered for the site, including:

• -> BIM Modeling: Full 3D model of all office, warehouse, and workshop spaces.

• -> Wiretwin Implementation: Interactive digital twin for visualization and management.

• -> Modules: Maintenance Management, Cleaning Management, Inventory Management and hardware monitoring allowing GigaConcept’s teams to monitor equipment, environmental sensors, and maintenance workflows through a single platform.
