Proof, filed properly
From 23 scattered hotels to one operating picture.
Onomo runs hotels across Africa. Its operational record used to live in 23 places at once. This file is the account of how it became one.
- 01
Context
A hotel group grows one property at a time, and so does its record-keeping. By 23 hotels, Onomo had 23 versions of what it owned.
- 02
The problem
Maintenance ran differently in all 23 hotels. The same equipment, on different schedules, to different standards, logged wherever the last technician had room to write. Nothing could be compared, so nothing could be improved.
- 03
The work
The estate came onto Wiretwin hotel by hotel — equipment first, then the spaces around it, then the maintenance that keeps both running. Nothing moved on faith: every asset entered the record accounted for.
- 04
The outcome
One way of working across 23 hotels. Faults are raised, assigned and closed the same way everywhere, and the record shows what was done, where, and when. Onomo puts the difference at about one working day per week.
